1) What you want in it. The sample sig files had examples. Your name, a nickname, website URL, ICQ or AIM or whatever nick/number, or something else?
2) What sort of art. For example, do you want a cat? A person holding a banner? If you have a vague idea, describe it as best as possible.
3) Lines Limit. This is very important. If you don't say and it's too long, it'll look like crap. If the mail program you're using has a limit, it should tell you. If it doesn't or you're just going to cut and paste, say that.
4) Anything else? You hate my guts and are only doing this because you liked the cats? You hate ~ and don't want it in there?
